Learning center should promote creative processes, such as making and innovation through reassembling and re-purposing waste.

The architecture celebrates the locally available building techniques, know-how and skills as much as materials that can be up-cycled and used for affordable constructions. The construction of the learning center should promote further construction on similar basis, adapting knowledge to particular need within the area.
